We aim to provide Australian business with the necessary tools to develop best practice Diversity Management strategies.

The first step for many organisations is to articulate their aims and intentions in a clear and comprehensive Diversity Statement or Policy. Diversity Statements aim to establish a common understandiong across the organisation of what diversity means, why it is important, and how the organisation responds to the opportunities that it poses.

Having articulated a diversity vision, organisations can integrate diversity management into both the strategic direction and the day-to-day running of the firm. Organisational functions, such as recruitment, training, remuneration, worklife, teamwork, expatriation, marketing, and global expansion can all be enhanced through effective diversity management.
