Operations Management
Operations Management revolves around the design, organisation, leadership and control of the productive assets of the enterprise, which includes both people and technology. It examines the management and planning functions and processes that support the organisation's production, manufacturing or service operations. Areas of specific focus include:
- The management of manufacturing operations and supply chains
- Managing technology
- Implementing innovation in an organisation's operations
- Designing and impelmenting techniques to manage quality
- Making effective business decisions and managing projects.
